History

Classic Engineering was technically founded seven years ago, but most of our core members have worked together far longer — over fifteen years, to be exact. Once they decided to put their heads together and open shop, it became clear that this was the beginning of something good. Obviously, word travels fast. Since day one, our company has experienced continuous growth, built almost completely on referrals. In fact, in 2004 alone, we received, and finished, almost 500 new projects.

But that’s not all. Because we’ve put our expertise to work for our communities too. Today, not only is Classic Engineering an active member of the Home Builder’s Association (HBA), the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and both the Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo Chambers of Commerce — we’ve also participated in numerous HBA and ABC judging events.

As you can see, we like to keep ourselves busy.
